This morning I had to head to work around 9. Schaun slept until a little after 8 am, so we were able to get things packed somewhat and organized for our trip this afternoon. Work was….well, work….but it went by pretty quickly. It wasn’t completely crazy. I think a lot of people thought we were closed for the holiday weekend.
Then we packed up the car and headed out of town!
A little light reading for the road….
The trip was uneventful…no police officers or bad guys flying the wrong way on the interstate – thank goodness!!
Schaun is now home, and we are relaxing in a quiet hotel room!
