An Exciting Day!

Today was the beginning of our kitchen remodel, so that was great! It was mainly prep work, so you’re not going to see much difference in today’s pictures (except for more clutter and the presence of many types of tools).

But things are getting underway! Open-mouthed smile

The other most exciting thing is that finding a fiver at the show this past weekend that fits our needs/wants in terms of a floor plan, is more budget friendly, and yet has everything we’re looking for, has allowed us to accelerate our plans for purchasing our rv!! Our fulltiming plans/dates haven’t changed, because there are other considerations going into that timeline, such as when Harry will be able to retire etc. However, we are able now to change our goal for purchasing our future home to next year!! Wow!!

It’s almost exciting enough for me to be able to overlook the fact that it’s supposed to snow tonight! Sarcastic smile Almost.

Have a great evening everybody!! Smile

  4. Very exciting news...I know you & Harry will be counting down the days but remodeling will help some of the time fly by too. Stay warm!

  5. I'm a little behind in catching up on blogs and read your post from a few days ago regarding your visit to the RV show. Similarly, we didn't have Heartland in our radar until we visited an RV show in Denver last year. We immediately fell in love with the craftsmanship. We found several other manufacturers that made a similar floor plan to what we were looking for, but the pricing deals that Heartland was offering at the show were unmatched. We ended up getting the Heartland 3670RL and LOVE it! We have never regretted our decision. Good luck on your decision!
